pTrcHis Reverse Primer

When using the pTrcHis plasmid as a vector for recombinant plasmid construction for protein expression, after inserting the target protein coding sequence, the primer can be used to determine whether the position and sequence of the insert are accurate; at the same time, the target gene could be cloned and amplified by PCR using this primer with paired forward primer.
